If you are contemplating suicide please call this number now:

Our 24 hr Support Line

Angry senior woman complaining about problems with laptop

If you are in need of someone to talk to without fear of being criticized for your position on the lockdowns and masks, our volunteers are standing by 24/7.

Whether you are angry, isolated, scared, lonely or feeling abandoned by your friends and family our volunteers understand and will take the time to listen and offer their support.

You are not alone.

What To Do if No One Answers...

Some shifts have only one or two volunteers and volunteers are taking calls on their personal cell phones. If they do not answer either they are already on the phone or they did not get to their phone in time (before their voice mail picked up).

If this happens please wait a few minutes then call again.

If you don't get an answer after a couple of attempts please notify us here.
